• Ladles. Reichard Industries designs and manufactures ladles ranging from 10-tons to 350-tons. We offer redesign or improvements upon existing ladles and completely new startup design services. All of our designs are in accordance with the recommendations of AIST TR#9 Ladle Code. In addition, we offer onsite ladle inspections; so that you can be sure your ladles are constantly in the best working shape for the safety of everyone on-site.
• Lifting Equipment. If you are in need of custom lifting mechanisms, you have come to the right place. Reichard Industries designs and manufactures J-Hook lifting mechanisms to fit your specifications. We load test new bail and hooks up to 75 ton cap.
• Hot Metal Cars (Torpedo Cars). We are the only manufacturer in North America who can design and manufacture Hot Metal Cars from 150-tons to 500 tons, as well as improve upon existing hot metal car designs. We redesign and rebuild hot metal cars from all the previous manufacturers; Pollock, Treadwell, PECOR, and Mohr. In addition, we offer onsite inspections of problem areas before catastrophic failures occur.
• Clam-Shell Scrap Buckets. We design clam-shell scrap buckets ranging in size from 300-cu.ft. up to 4,500-cu.ft. We create all of our designs in AutoCAD Inventor and utilize FEA software. All of our scrap bucket designs are in accordance with the recommendations of AIST TR#9 Ladle Code. In addition, we offer onsite scrap bucket inspections.
